NAOIMH O'SHEA FINE ART

Primarily inspired by the Scottish Landscape, from the small seaside coastal path along Fife to the rugged and diverse scenery found in the Outer Hebrides, my work consists of exploring these wonderful places, developing sketches and watercolor paintings into working in my studio on large scale scenes.

The breathtaking changeable weather that is found on the Isle of Harris, with the vivid green sea, against the yellow sands, and atmospheric skies inspires bright and moody landscape works. I use a range of Watercolour, acrylic, charcoal and oil paints. My work captures light reflecting surfaces with gold and copper leaf.
